LIVESTORM utilizes weather radar observations from Arpa Piemonte, Arpa Liguria, and SMIAGE to alert you when a severe thunderstorm is approaching via a notification.

The app, easy to install and use, allows you to request notifications for your current location or selected places, receiving alerts related to the incoming storm within a radius of 5, 10, or 20 km.

You can view real-time radar maps, observing the areas affected by weather phenomena. LIVESTORM provides updates every 5 minutes with a forecast of movement within the next hour.

Identification of thunderstorm phenomena and their intensity
Visualization of past, present, and upcoming thunderstorm positions
Management of favorite locations and selection of notification radius (5 – 10 and 20 km)
Receipt of notifications for chosen locations and/or current position
Notification settings: display message only, vibration, sound, and voice alerts, night mode
Radar coverage area includes all of Piemonte and Liguria territories and parts of Lombardia (provinces CO, CR, LC, LO, MI, PV, VA), Piacenza province, and areas of the French Riviera (France).
